The customer service is actually what made the final decision in choosing this particular place. Connie, "in reservations" was excellent in answering all of my repeated questions. She made me feel like my choosing to book there was important, without her being pushy. She was very patient and professional. She was a tremendous help. Markeshia was the icing on the cake.
I just wanted to reach out to let you know what an absolute pleasure it was to work with Diane for our wedding at La Toretta. After working previously with Chelsea then Melanie I was very nervous about "starting over" with #3 but Diane was by far the best thing that could have happened to us!
Thank you for an amazing weekend getaway! So much offered, putput, heated pool, splash pad, tennis, arcade.... we had a great time

Our group stayed at the resort this past weekend before our game and everything about our stay was perfect. Angela Robinson was on top of everything and made sure our stay was excellent. From check-in to our final meal, she made sure that we were taken care of. It is refreshing to work with a person that pays attention to detail and cares about her job.
I had my doubts just because I read soo many mixed reviews, but. Our stay was amazing. We stayed in cottage 2205 and it was spotless. The rooms were clean up to date beds and furniture clean fresh smelling white sheets. The aqua park was clean, and Relaxing. The water was just too hot. We ate at restaurant 157 and it was verry good. All employees were very nice and attentive. Amazing weekend.
